Established in 2007, Solesa is one of the first companies who started designing PV power plants for the Italian market. Today Solesa develops, designs, builds and manages PV plants of every size with its highly skilled and experienced team representing an excellence in the Italian solar energy sector. All activities of Solesa are inspired by its investor focused approach - offer the best quality in producing solar energy and preserve the investments of its customers. Solesa boasts a long experience in the following services: design, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. In the Engineering & Planning Department the leading academic experts work in electrical engineering applied to renewable sources with a specialization in the photovoltaic energy sector. Specialized and certified technicians work in the Installation Department, coordinated by a Project Manager, always at customer’s disposal. Solesa undergoes a careful selection of photovoltaic units, inverters and specific structures suppliers. Solesa is very focused on controlling the material’s quality before and after the production, guaranteeing durable and high-quality installation units. In order to ensure solar installations’ effectiveness and efficiency in all kinds of weather conditions, Solesa offers maintenance programs and monitoring services. Solesa operates on four main business units:

  • DEVELOPMENT of authorizations and permits for photovoltaic power plants, on ground or rooftops, in order to provide shovel ready projects to investors.
  • IPP (Independent Power Producer) Solesa owns and operates three photovoltaic power plants in Italy for a total capacity of 8 MWp while managing third-party assets for a total capacity of 15 MWp.
  • EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) of turn-key PV plants from small rooftops to large utility-scale solar farms.
  • O&M (Operations and Maintenance) for PV power plants including monitoring and security, ensuring high performance and reliability. Actual O&M portfolio comprises over twenty assets with a total capacity of 30 MWp.
